The humid air hangs thick over the Indonesian village of Abadi Nan Jaya, the scent of jasmine and decay intertwining in the twilight. Generations have lived and died by the ancient traditions here, their fates interwoven with the secrets of the earth. But tonight, something is different. Old Sadimin, the village elder, clutches a vial of shimmering liquid, the Elixir, a forbidden concoction promising eternal life, brewed by the desperate Ningsih in a shadowed corner of the village. Her sister, Karina, pleads with her to stop, sensing the dark magic it contains, remembering tales of Grandfather Pardi warning of the horrors it would bring. Bambang, fueled by a thirst for power, sees only opportunity, plotting to seize the Elixir and control the village’s destiny. As he sneers at Rudi, the village protector, he unwittingly set loose a curse that unleashes a swarm of the undead, consuming the village with terrifying speed, turning neighbor against neighbor in a desperate fight for survival.
